For those who know me, I’m a bit nerdy. I am curious about understanding things to a certain depth where people usually don’t go. So without going into a scientific study and statistically representative numbers, I had to test my coin. (Read about coin flips and flipism.)
A simple procedure
I’m going to flip my coin 100 times and note the results along the way every 10 tosses. I’ll observe myself as well during the process. It’s going to be fun. 🙂
10 tosses: 5 masculine side / 5 feminine side
20 tosses: 10/10
While I’m tossing my coin, I can feel different emotions rising. I feel hope that the result will be 50/50!
30: 16/14 😅 I feel nervous as the results leans so slightly towards one option.
40: 21/19
50: 25/25 😀 Back to 50/50!
60: 27/33 🤨 Ohoh…
70: 31/39
80: 36/44 😕 Getting disappointed…
90: 39/51
100: 41/59 😭 😂
I eventually feel really amused by my reactions! Knowing that the number of flips is too small to be relevant, I am confident that my coin, even if it maybe is not “fair”, will exactly point towards my path…
