About
About me
For many years, I lived and worked in high-performance environments as a military and rescue helicopter pilot.
Aviation became part of my life early on. At 19, I could already fly an airplane on my own before I had even learned how to drive a car. Flying taught me precision, responsibility and the ability to stay calm under pressure. At the same time, I slowly began to notice how much modern life can disconnect us from ourselves.
Over time, through life and personal struggles, I became increasingly interested in what happens beneath constant functioning and performance — in the relationship between body, emotions, mind and nervous system.
This curiosity led me to explore different paths of human connection: bodywork, coaching, embodiment and personal development. Not as a search for quick answers, but as a way to better understand myself, others and the complexity of being human.
Music and sound also became part of this exploration. The handpan, in particular, taught me a different relationship to presence, creativity and slowing down.
Today, I offer bodywork sessions and coaching as spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through the body, awareness and lived experience.
My approach is grounded, intuitive and shaped both by professional training and direct experience. I’m less interested in fixing people than in creating conditions where more clarity, regulation and connection can emerge naturally.
I believe that meaningful change rarely comes from pushing harder. More often, it begins by slowing down enough to honestly feel what is already there.
